How the Design Process Works

  • Choose Your Package

  • Submit your Details

    Once you’ve selected your package, you’ll provide your event information—such as names, dates, times, and location. You can also share any design preferences, colors, or inspiration you’d like me to incorporate. This helps me ensure your invitations reflect your unique style.

  • Design & Proofing

    I’ll create a personalized design based on your details and package selection. You’ll receive a digital proof to review, and you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions. I want everything to be perfect before your invitations are finalized.

  • Finial Delivery

    After you approve the final design, you’ll receive your finished invitations in high-quality digital format. Depending on your package, this may include multiple matching items (such as RSVP cards or table numbers). You’ll be able to print them at home, send them to a professional print shop, or share them instantly online with your guests.

Our custom design process begins with a 50% deposit to secure your project and reserve your spot in our design calendar. Once booked, we’ll gather your details, inspiration, and vision to begin creating your personalized invitation suite.

You’ll receive a first proof to review, followed by revision rounds to refine every detail—from wording and layout to colors and typography. Once your design is approved, you’ll receive your final files, ready for print or digital use.

The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
